Delete Your Mergata Account
At Mergata, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the Mergata application, you can permanently delete your account directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Mergata account:
Open the Mërgata mobile application.
Navigate to your Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your account deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove or anonymize the information associated with your account, including:
Account information
Email address
Profile data
Ride-sharing activity
Community posts and comments
Border crossing submissions
Other user-generated content associated with your account
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
